What size LED screen do I need?
A common guideline is a screen height of about one sixth of the distance to the farthest viewer, in a 16:9 shape. For a farthest viewer at 18 metres that is about 3 metres high and 5.3 metres wide.
Which pixel pitch should I choose?
Roughly 1 mm of pixel pitch per metre to the closest viewer. If the front row is 3 metres away, P2.5 to P2.9 works well; outdoor screens are usually P3.9 and above.
What display size does a boardroom need?
Aim for an image height of about one sixth of the distance to the farthest seat. Rooms with more than 12 seats usually work better with two displays or a fine-pitch LED wall.
